I just placed an order. When will it ship?

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 2–4 business days for production. Average shipping time is 7–15 business days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3–4 days after your order has shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us.

I'm not satisfied with my order. Can it be returned? What if there's an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. Please email us with proof of damage to receive a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You may cancel your order without penalty, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If your item has already been sent, you can use our return system for a full refund.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If you made a mistake with your address, reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the error. Then contact us at support@Prufblendie.com within 24 hours to provide the correct address. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued once the order has shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, as we ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide. On average, shipping takes 7–15 business days.
